Mike is a passionate artist with over 13 years of experience in the tattoo industry. He specializes in American and Japanese traditional tattoos, and his dedication has earned him numerous awards. Beyond tattooing, he attends multiple conventions annually and channels his creativity through painting and other art forms.

Shannon Vagott
Shannon is a co-founder of Red Letter Tattoo with 9 years of experience in the industry. She is a versatile artist specializing in American traditional and fine-line tattoos, and has received an award for her outstanding work. Shannon is also a regular at tattoo conventions and enjoys various other arts and crafts.

Joe Dean
Joe is an esteemed artist with an impressive 12-year tenure in the tattooing industry. He specializes in highly detailed geometric tattoos and delicate line work, and has earned an award for his exceptional expertise. Joe is a familiar face at tattoo conventions, where he collaborates, learns, and teaches among fellow artists.

Ava Brady
Ava is the newest member of the Red Letter family, joining the crew in the fall of 2025. She grew up around the tattoo industry — her parents owned shops in Oklahoma City, where she completed a rigorous two-year apprenticeship before earning her license, along with certifications in bloodborne pathogens, CPR, and first aid. She has been tattooing for 3 years. Ava specializes in black and grey stipple work with a love for nature, horror, and animal imagery, and she hosts the Tattoo Consciousness podcast, where she interviews fellow artists about their journeys through the industry.
